I use a computer program called Transcribe! It allows you to slow down a track any 
amount (or speed it up, or change the pitch), and it has the neat feature that you can 
display a spectrum analysis of any part of the track, which shows you what notes are 
being sounded at that moment (provided you know the piano keyboard).
